We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure the tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

What materials are used in Staheekum footwear?

We pride ourselves on using high-quality materials, including genuine sheepskin, premium suede, and durable rubber outsoles designed for both indoor and outdoor use.

How do I clean my slippers?

For suede and sheepskin, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and a specialized suede cleaner. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the natural fibers.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach our international customers in the near future.
