At Staheekum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
